App Unreliable

Terrible App and Support!
Constantly says Unable to contact server!
When and if it works forecast always says 99 percent rain in all 3 Windows!
Deleting and looking for a New Weather Unit and contacting Amazon for a refund!
Also rain gauge is completely inaccurate even though level and set up to their instructions!
